Dice and Probability — Category A/B

Select which die faces belong to Category A, simulate rolls, and watch proportions for A vs B.

How to play

Choose how many rolls to add. Then choose which faces belong to Category A (Category B will be the remaining faces). Press Roll now to add that many rolls. Press Restart to clear results. Changing Category A also clears results to keep things fair.

Probability note: The probability of an event equals the number of favorable outcomes divided by the total number of possible equally‑likely outcomes (that is, P(event) = \# favorable ÷ \# possible). For a fair die, P(rolling a 1) = 1⁄6 ≈ 0.1667 and P(Category A) = (size of Category A)⁄6.

Controls

At least one face must remain selected. Changing any checkbox clears results.

Adds the selected number of die rolls to the simulation. Clears all results and resets counts to zero. Category selections remain as chosen.
